Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this store and your purchase of the digital products we offer. By buying, you accept what follows. The store is operated by Chris Luengas, LLC (support@chrisluengas.com).
What we sell
Downloadable digital products: LUTs, Lightroom presets, PowerGrades for DaVinci Resolve, overlays and guides. We sell no physical goods and nothing ships.
Delivery
Download access is enabled immediately after payment is confirmed, and stays available in your library. We also email you the link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or use the download recovery page with your purchase email.
Licence
Buying does not transfer ownership of the files. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence, with no time limit, that lets you:
- Use the products in your own projects, personal and commercial, without limit on the number.
- Use them on client work you deliver, as long as you deliver the finished result (the video or the photograph) and not the source files.
- Install them on the machines you personally use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, assign, lend or share the files, whether free or paid.
- Post them to repositories, shared drives or any download site.
- Include them, as-is or modified, in a product that competes with ours or is sold as a pack of LUTs, presets or overlays.
- Claim authorship of them.
The licence covers one person or one company. If your team needs several, get in touch.
Breaching these conditions ends the licence immediately.
Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in US dollars (USD) before you reach checkout. Stripe determines the currency, calculates applicable taxes based on your location, and shows the final total before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order showing signs of fraud or misuse of a payment method, refunding the amount if so.
Accounts
You can buy as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. If you buy as a guest and later create an account with the same email, your earlier purchases are attached to it automatically.
Availability and product changes
We may update, improve or retire products from the catalogue. If a product you bought receives an update, you get the new version at no extra cost. If we retire a product from the catalogue, you keep access to the one you already bought.
We aim to keep the store available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
All products, along with the text, images, video and design of this site, are the property of Chris Luengas and are protected by intellectual property law.
Warranty and liability
Each product page states what the product includes and what it is compatible with. Beyond that, products are provided "as is": we do not warrant that they fit a particular purpose or produce a specific result on your footage.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Refunds
Refund conditions, including the right of withdrawal in the European Union, are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and applies to purchases made after it is published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
